With the base sage's ring, ~20 dex gets you to the cap, and if you get +1 or +2 (if it exists), that will likely go lower. WebIncreasing casting speed softcaps for all 3 stats when casting speed goes over 115 base speed and 125 base speed or something like that. It doesn't matter what you level (int/fth/atn) but attunement will always be twice as effective as the other two. You never even have to level int if you don't want to. Attunement shouldn't dictate the amount of spell slots you have, that should be tried to INT/FTH, starting at 1 sorcery/miracle at 9 INT/FTH, increasing by 1 for every 9 points, & capping at 10 spells at 99.
