WebAug 23, 2024 · Not true. When I plug my phone into the media hub usb port I can play music over USB instead of BT, I've tested by shutting off the BT on my phone. I had an issue where my USB and SD were not working. I replaced the media hub and they worked again. I would check the USB cable on the back of media hub to start. Make sure it's seated well.
