WebApr 19, 2012 · They are much more tame on the chime that a typical filtertron has but they have much higher output and will push the front end of your amp a lot harder than a standard filtertron will giving you a lot more grit. They are more like a Gibson humbucker in tone but with a little better clarity overall. TV Classics are great for a warm sounding guitar.
