I had one and the original opamps in combination with the dac chip were really dry sounding. You can change the op amps, but even though the results are not optimal.

Also, to correct a misconception, the L30 does not have the same power output as the A90, it has half the power as it comes from a SE DAC. If you had a more than 2v output SE DAC (almost nobody does), you could get more power but that isn't likely.
